Job summary

Johnson Controls is hiring for an on-site warehouse associate to support material handling and shipping operations. You will package materials, receive and stock goods, and move items using fork trucks and pallet jacks in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in warehouse or production, a valid forklift license, and basic reading/writing in English. You will work with a team and must maintain safety and organization across the shipping and inventory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in production or warehouse operations preferred.
• Prior shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Current fork truck license required.
• Minimum 1 year of fork truck and warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Package materials for shipment.
• Receive, unpack, verify, and stock incoming goods in assigned locations.
• Load and unload trucks; move materials throughout the plant using a fork truck or pallet jack.
• Support efficient and controlled material flow across operations.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety standards.
• Keep shipping, receiving, and inventory areas clean and organized.
