Olympic Steel is seeking a Material Handler to support production by moving work-in-progress and finished goods, staging, loading trucks, and receiving raw materials. You will prepare paperwork, manage scrap, and operate a forklift, handheld plasma, and related warehouse equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and self-motivation to work under general supervision. Forklift experience is a plus as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

• Proper use and care of precision instruments.

Responsibilities

• Move work-in-progress material on the production floor and manage finished goods staging.
• Assist with truck loading and raw material receiving.
• Prepare paperwork for materials on the floor and related administrative tasks.
• Handle scrap parts and operate forklift, handheld plasma, and other warehouse equipment.
