Job summary

KINGS PAN Insulation is seeking a warehouse associate to support production and material handling. The role requires operating forklifts, packaging equipment, and assisting with loading trucks in a safety-conscious environment.

You will work eight or twelve hour shifts, with overtime as needed, and join a team that emphasizes health, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Training and benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent plus one year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Flexible Scheduling: Work eight (8) or twelve (12) hour shifts and overtime as needed.
• Interpersonal Skills: Follow directions and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents; communicate effectively in English.
• Certificate/License: Must have forklift operator license at time of hire or obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic packaging machines, forklifts, conveyors and maintain taping and labeling containers.
• Load various trucks (vans, flat bed, LTL, intermodal) as needed.
• Complete daily inspection on lift equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain proper fuel levels and safe work environment; promote health & safety practices.
• Assist production with needed products, services and materials.
