Kingspan Insulation, a leading manufacturer of insulation solutions, is seeking a dedicated team member to join our production and materials handling. In Winchester, VA, this on-site role supports a collaborative culture and opportunities for growth.

Essential duties include safe operation of equipment, loading/unloading, and ensuring timely supply of materials. We value teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus one year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Ability to read operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties safely and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Charge batteries and refuel propane on the lift truck.
• Supply production with products, services and materials as needed.
• Operate automatic packaging machines, forklifts, conveyors and labeling.
• Load trucks including vans, flat beds, and intermodal shipments.
• Complete daily lift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
