Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Material Handler/Warehouse Associate for a leading HVAC distributor. You will support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment with attention to detail and reliability.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a pay rate of $19 per hour, and opportunities to gain hands-on experience operating RF scanners and a Hi-Lo forklift in a safety-driven warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• 2-3 years of order selecting experience.
• 2-3 years of sit-down forklift (Hi-Lo) experience.
• RF scanners experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties accurately and efficiently
• Select and pick customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Operate sit-down forklift (Hi-Lo) to move products within the warehouse
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment, staging completed orders in designated areas
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
