Job summary

Novolex in Romeoville, IL is hiring a Forklift Operator for 6PM-6AM on a 223 schedule. Starting pay is $21.32/hr with a $1.50/hr shift differential, plus a $750 sign-on bonus and a $250 referral bonus. Eligible for a pay-for-skill program to increase pay as you gain skills.

Responsibilities include operating forklift, clamp lift, barcode readers and safety equipment; receiving material movement orders, cycle counting and inventory support; and recycling duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as dock worker or forklift operator preferred.
• Able to operate clamp trucks and handle material movement.
• Comfort with using barcode scanners and safety equipment.
• Willing to work 6PM–6AM on a 223 schedule.
