Job summary

The Ideal Tridon Group in Smyrna, TN is seeking a Material Handler to join our manufacturing team. You will operate stand-up forklifts, move parts between stations, and support in-process storage in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include using RF scanners and shipping software, maintaining accuracy, and upholding safety and quality standards. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of stand-up forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail & inventory accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to and from assembly stations & in-process storage.
• Operate stand-up forklifts (reach trucks, order pickers, counterbalances) safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Process orders accurately using RF scanners & shipping software.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
