Job summary

Tekniplex is seeking a warehouse associate to move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. The role requires forklift operation, OSHA certification, and the ability to manage paperwork and staging of orders.

You'll follow FIFO, assist in transfers to external warehousing, and support safety and productivity across production and extrusion teams. Training of staff and 12-hour rotating shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Forklift certified and able to operate powered lifts.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred but not required.
• 2–5 years warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and inspect powered lift daily.
• Assemble & stage customer orders from inventory.
• Follow FIFO for shipping, WIP, and FG processes.
• Transfer Finished Goods and Raw Material to/from outside warehousing.
• Train department personnel as needed.
• Complete required paperwork (sales orders, bills of lading, logs).
• Support production and extrusion departments to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain organization of Finished Goods, Raw Materials and WIP.
• Participate in safety/housekeeping activities.
