Job summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking a Forklift Operator / Material Handler for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will operate a forklift, move raw materials and finished goods, and load/unload shipments across the plant and off-site warehouse locations.

Shifts include 12-hour rotations, with day and night options. Candidates should have warehouse experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and a strong safety mindset. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
• Handle dunnage, raw materials, and finished products.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
• Transport materials between the plant and off-site warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
