Job summary

Arcadia Beverage, in Arden, NC, is seeking energetic Fork Lift Operators for our Shipping Warehouse. You will pull orders, load trucks, and help move pallets in a refrigerated facility at ~35 degrees.

The role is full-time with potential overtime, and involves GMP cleaning, inventory counts, and using ERP systems. You must have forklift certification (or willingness to learn) and at least one year of experience; a positive attitude, strong energy, teamwork, and initiative are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move finished goods pallets from warehouse into trucks or from production into the warehouse.
• Use RF scanners and ERP system to move and enter data.
• Prepare and process shipping paperwork and interact with truck drivers.
• Prepare and take periodic cycle count inventory.
• Identify and rework damaged materials.
• Weekly warehouse and equipment cleaning tasks as directed.
• Monitor finished goods quality and inventory accuracy.
• Check in drivers and cross-train in production to assist with pallets.

Arcadia Beverage, in Arden, NC, is a pasteurized cold fill scale contract packager of non-alcoholic / non-carbonated beverages for major retailers and food service distributors. We make orange juices, lemonades, and teas in ready to drink bottles.

We are currently looking for energetic, dedicated and flexible, Fork Lift Operators to join our outstanding team in our Shipping Warehouse. This person will be mainly be pulling orders and loading trucks. Our warehouse is refrigerated at approximately 35 degrees. Additional responsibilities also include GMP cleaning, inventory counting and computer usage. The positions would be full time (at least 40 hours per week) with the opportunity for overtime, depending on plant volume and candidate's willingness to be flexible with schedule.

Base Schedule

• Sunday – Tuesday 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM and Wednesday 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM (40 hours)
• Overtime Opportunities Available: Wednesday (full day) / Thursday – Saturday (depending on plant volume)

Main Activities

Requirements
