Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure safety, security, and protection of customers and assets.
• Fulfill and assist with production and donation functions.
• Certified to operate forklift or bale/recycling machinery.
• Perform baling operations and load bales on trucks.
• Sort textiles from hard goods and classify merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and handle housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
