Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate a forklift, transport loads, and support daily logistics. The role requires safe handling of equipment and effective communication with coworkers.

You will prepare shipments, assist in loading/unloading trucks, maintain safety logs, and keep the work area orderly. Cross-training on baler and tipper may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a forklift and other lifting equipment safely.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clear communication with coworkers and customers; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to transport loads and move pallets and materials.
• Prepare shipments and assist in loading/unloading trucks.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and maintain logs.
• Keep work area neat and report incidents.
• Cross-train to operate baler, tipper, and other machinery.
• Attend daily attendance requirements; adhere to attendance policies.
