Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Delaware & Delaware County, Inc. seeks a warehouse associate to organize, sort, and redistribute donated merchandise, ensuring a safe, clean work environment and supporting transportation when licensed.

You will operate forklift or bale machinery, sort textiles from hard goods, stock merchandise on the sales floor, load trucks, and maintain neat, collaborative work areas with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, with 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to protect customers and assets.
• Fulfill and assist with all production and donation functions.
• Operate forklift or bale/recycling machinery certified.
• Perform baling, stacking, and loading of bales onto trucks.
• Sort textiles from hard goods and stock merchandise on the sales floor.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction through teamwork.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques.
• Be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
