Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a Material Handler to support production by moving, inspecting, preparing and packing materials under the supervision of the Production Supervisor. The role includes forklift operation, FIFO material handling, and ensuring a steady supply of materials to the line.

The position requires at least 12 months of forklift experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Work environment includes exposure to moving parts and fumes with moderate noise; benefits

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required with forklift operation skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred or equivalent experience considered.
• Ability to move, inspect, and package materials with care and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks to move materials within the facility.
• Remove materials from warehouse racks using FIFO control as directed.
• Prepare and place material boxes for assembler access and production flow.
• Load conveyors with empty trays and remove completed trays.
• Inspect and palletize completed trays for shipment or storage.
• Remove kit pallets, shrink wrap, and store in designated locations.
• Maintain smooth production line flow by providing a steady material supply to the line.
