Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in order pulling, shipping and receiving is essential.
• Must be self motivated.
• Ability to understand and follow procedures for Quality and Operations in Receiving, Shipping and Parts Storage areas.
• Capable of operating all equipment in Receiving, Shipping and Parts Storage.
• Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Capable of setting up and maintaining simple mechanical equipment per manuals.
• Able to follow directions from group leader or supervisor.
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy weights.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, receive and ship products from customer orders and production orders.
• Perform quality checks and document results per procedures.
• Operate machines in Receiving, Shipping and Parts areas and maintain settings.
• Maintain orderly work area and follow safety regulations.
• Support maintenance schedules and ensure smooth production flow.
• Assist with equipment setup and adjustments to maintain output quality.
