Job summary

J&L Building Materials is seeking a Material Handler at our Frazer, PA area branch to support loading, unloading, and stocking materials for customer orders. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely fulfillment with a focus on high-quality service for contractors and builders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus at least one year related warehouse experience or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to lift 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer satisfaction and service on site.
• Accurately fill material requests from invoices and pick slips and load orders onto pallets or vehicles.
• Operate forklift to load, unload, and transport materials with pre-operational checks.
• Sort and place materials on racks by size, type, color or product code and ensure accuracy.
• Complete paperwork accurately and promptly while maintaining safety.
