Linamar Corporation is seeking a Material Handler to support production by moving materials with a forklift and related equipment. You will ensure accurate inventory flow and maintain clean work areas. The role aligns with the production area and may require cross-shift coverage.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification (written and driving), and 1–2 years of fork truck experience. Basic computer skills and adherence to safety rules are essential.

• Prefer 1–2 years of experience driving a fork truck.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Adherence to safety rules, including forklift inspections.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Move materials using forklift and other equipment to support production.
• Maintain accurate flow of inventory and keep work areas clean.
• Inspect finished skids for tag accuracy and package containers for shipping lanes.
• Scan materials or enter data into inventory management software.
• Load and unload trucks and assist with packing and shipping paperwork as needed.
• Fill in for other material handlers on different shifts when requested.
