Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Material Handler for a food manufacturing site in Inver Grove Heights, MN. You will move materials, load/unload trucks, and operate forklifts to keep production running smoothly.

Qualified candidates will have warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance. Temporary-to-hire, full-time with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and related equipment (certification a plus).
• Basic computer and inventory tracking skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, verify shipments for accuracy.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by updating records.
• Supply production areas with materials to prevent downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean work area.
