HI-LEX North America is seeking a forklift operator to stage daily shipments and maintain FIFO within our Michigan facilities. The role supports assembly lines, moves finished goods, and ensures proper dunnage handling.

You will assist maintenance and 5S initiatives while operating a forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements include a High School Diploma and at least 1 year of forklift experience; safety rules and MIOSHA-compliant dress code apply.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year forklift experience in a factory environment.
• Ability to follow FIFO procedures and safety rules.

Responsabilidades

• Stage shipments daily according to customer requirements.
• Maintain FIFO with all material (Finished Goods Shipped Out).
• Stack, stage, dry and retrieve dunnage as needed for manufacturing.
• Support maintenance, 5S, engineering and other tasks with a forklift.
