HI-LEX is seeking a Materials Handler Supervisor in Battle Creek, MI to lead forklift operators and ensure safe, efficient movement of product. You will promote 5S, coordinate with shipping/receiving, and maintain FIFO across the plant.

You will train drivers, approve time cards, assist with cycle counts, and support maintenance, engineering, and purchasing. 5+ years forklift experience required.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years forklift and heavy machinery experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead role in a manufacturing environment.
• Must complete Hi-Lex forklift test and drive all equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Direct forklift operators and promote teamwork in the plant.
• Instruct safe operation of equipment for movement to work cells and docks.
• Maintain 5S and FIFO throughout the plant.
• Approve time cards and PTO; assist with cycle counts.
• Train drivers in location control and coordinate with maintenance.
