Job summary

Wabash is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Driver to support shipping, receiving, and material handling on the production floor. The role involves operating forklifts, maintaining organized material flow, and adhering to safety protocols during daily activities.

Experience is not strictly required; training is provided. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and PIV training, with basic reading, math, and computer skills expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to pass PIV (power industrial vehicle) training.
• Basic reading/ writing/ math & verbal skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities

• Own and help improve safety, quality, and delivery performance.
• Keep materials organized and stocked.
• Maintain and report daily receiving and shipping activities.
• Report defects and need for repairs.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as assigned.
• Complete duties per supervisor instructions; may flex to other departments.
• Wear required PPE and follow safety policies.
