Job summary

Majestic Steel is seeking a forklift/operator for the service center in the United States. The role involves moving and staging materials, performing safety inspections, and supporting team efforts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience. Full-time, on-site schedule with shift hours and overtime as required. Benefitso include medical, dental, vision, 401k with full employer match, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of lift truck operation experience.
• Lift truck experience handling heavy loads (10,000 pounds or more).

Responsibilities

• Move material: operate lift trucks to transport, store, rotate, and stage materials within the service center, review product counts for accuracy.
• Maintain safety: perform daily lift truck inspections, mount/dismount, and report equipment issues.
• Support team efforts: collaborate with teammates to meet goals, assist with housekeeping, and take on additional duties as assigned.

What You Will Do:

• Move Material: Operate lift trucks to transport, store, rotate, and stage materials within the service center, review product counts to ensure accuracy
• Maintain Safety: Perform daily lift truck inspections, move up and down from lift truck, and report any equipment issues
• Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with team to meet goals, contribute to housekeeping procedures, and complete additional job‑related responsibilities as assigned

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required
• Skills:Strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes & procedures, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions
