Job summary

A steel service center in Bedford Heights is seeking a Loader to operate lift trucks and ensure accurate product counts within the facility. The role requires a high school diploma and experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments, ideally with forklift operation. Qualifications

What You Will Do as a Loader

• Operate lift trucks to transport, store, rotate, and stage materials within the service center; review product counts to ensure accuracy
• Perform daily lift‑truck inspections; move up and down from the lift truck; report any equipment issues
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet goals; contribute to housekeeping procedures; complete additional job‑related responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience required; truck loading experience preferred; heavy forklift operation preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes & procedures, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment; capable of walking, climbing, and bending for periods of time; comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions.

What Makes You Stand Out
