Job summary

Majestic Steel USA is seeking a warehouse associate to move materials using a lift truck, transport and stage products within the service center, and help maintain accurate counts. The role requires basic lifting and ongoing attention to safety practices in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and adherence to processes will support teamwork and timely completion of tasks. Overtime may be required, with competitive pay and benefits that support long-term growth at Majestic Steel USA.

• Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Good communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Move materials with a lift truck, transporting and staging items.
• Perform daily lift truck inspections and ensure equipment is safe to operate.
• Support team goals and participate in housekeeping and other duties as assigned.

• Pay: Starting rate is $18.00/hour; could be eligible for more based on experience
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, with overtime as required

What You Will Do

• Move Material: Operate lift trucks to transport, store, rotate, and stage materials within the service center, review product counts to ensure accuracy
• Maintain Safety: Perform daily lift truck inspections, move up and down from lift truck, and report any equipment issues
• Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with team to meet goals, contribute to housekeeping procedures, and complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes & procedures, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions

What Makes You Stand Out

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of lift truck operation experience
• Lift truck experience handling heavy loads (10,000 pounds or more)
