Majestic Steel is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Bedford Heights, OH service center to operate lift trucks, move materials, and stage inventory for daily production and shipping.

You will perform daily lift truck inspections, follow safety procedures, and work with a team to meet goals. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with overtime as needed, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures.

What You Will Do:

• Move Material: Operate lift trucks to transport, store, rotate, and stage materials within the service center, review product counts to ensure accuracy
• Maintain Safety: Perform daily lift truck inspections, move up and down from lift truck, and report any equipment issues
• Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with team to meet goals, contribute to housekeeping procedures, and complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required
• Skills:Strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes & procedures, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions

What Makes You Stand Out:

• One (1) year of lift truck operation experience
• Lift truck experience handling heavy loads (10,000 pounds or more)
