Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking an intermediate level Material Handler to support stocking, checking, wrapping, and loading/unloading materials. Hours are 7am-7pm on a 2-2-3 schedule, with a focus on safe, efficient material movement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator.
• 1+ year distribution/warehouse experience; 6 months stand-up forklift or order picker experience.
• Ability to communicate in English; Dal-Tile certification to operate powered trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick orders and convey to packing/shipping areas.
• Operate forklift and/or crane equipment as needed.
• Enter orders into Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verify stock availability and audit orders for accuracy.
• Convey picked orders to packing station or shipping area.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with receiving duties.
• Use wireless devices (tablets/scanners) and automated equipment.
