Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking an intermediate Material Handler to stock, check, wrap, and load/unload materials in our warehouse. This role uses forklifts and cranes, enters orders into WMS, and moves goods to packing or shipping areas, while maintaining safety and accuracy throughout daily cycles.

You will work with tablets and scanners, perform cycle counts, and handle inbound receiving tasks, contributing to a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator.
• 1+ year warehouse/distribution experience; 6 months stand-up forklift or order picker experience; pallet jack experience optional.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift and/or crane equipment.
• Enters orders into Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verifies stock availability and audits orders for accuracy.
• Transmits picked orders to packing or shipping areas.
• Monitors equipment and reports issues to supervisor.
• Maintains safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Uses tablets and scanners to process and track inventory.
• Performs daily cycle counts.
• Handles inbound receiving duties.
