We are currently seeking a permanent, full-time Forklift operator for 1st Shift at our Arlington, TX facility!

Position Overview

Shift: 6am-2pm

Responsibilities

• Complete forklift pre-operational checklist at the start of shift.
• Stretch wrap pallets and maintain warehouse order with straight rows and proper aisles.
• Inspect pallets or containers for damage or missing labels.
• Pull, stage, and load shipments as directed by supervisor.
• Scan loads and manage scanner downloads.
• Load finished goods for shipping and unload trucks.
• Load components necessary for production lines.
• Lower WIP products, coordinate trailer movements, and perform general tractor maintenance.
• Complete dock hitch checklist, warehouse finished goods, manage inventory, rotate stock, and maintain pallets and returnables.
• Communicate with shift supervisors about issues, ensure shipment accuracy, and deliver dye and dryer as required.
• Monitor bulk-dryer hoppers, stock incoming dye, and prepare shipment documentation.
• Maintain efficiency, meet TS16949 standards, and perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned.

Physical & PPE Requirements

Must stand or sit for 8-12 hours, lift up to 40 lbs occasionally, perform overhead work, and wear PPE such as eye and hearing protection.
