Qualifications
- Proven sit‑down forklift experience required.

Safely stack, store, and organize truck bodies and other materials in designated storage areas to maximize space and maintain order.
Inspect materials upon receipt and during handling, and promptly report any damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
Perform daily forklift inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure equipment remains in safe working condition.
Use pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed to move and stage materials.
Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping tasks around the facility to maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
Support other technicians and team members with material-related tasks and cross-functional assistance as needed.
Proven sit‑down forklift operating experience (sit‑down forklift experience is required).
Hands‑on experience with propane and electric forklifts in a shop or warehouse environment.
Material handling experience, including loading, unloading, and staging materials.
Ability to use pallet jacks and related material handling equipment safely.
Experience with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying materials against work orders, pick lists, or job travelers.
Ability to safely stack, store, and organize large and heavy materials such as steel, aluminum, and truck bodies.
Capability to perform daily forklift inspections and basic maintenance checks.
Willingness to assist with cleaning around the facility and support other technicians as needed.
Strong attention to safety, detail, and accuracy when handling materials.
Previous experience working in a shop, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
Familiarity with handling steel, aluminum, and large fabricated components.
Comfort working collaboratively with production teams and technicians.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support various material handling tasks throughout the day.

Bay doors remain open much of the time, so temperatures vary with the seasons, being hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Work is performed on the first shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., using propane and electric sit‑down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. The role involves working around active production areas, trucks, racks, and staging zones, with an emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and maintaining an organized workspace.
This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, TN.
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
