Job summary

Lavazza North America Inc. is seeking a Factory Material Handler (1st Shift) in West Chester, PA. The role supports warehouse operations by receiving, inspecting, and moving raw materials and finished goods using FIFO discipline.

You will work with SAP and MES Cockpit to ensure accurate inventory and production flow. Responsibilities include staging materials for production, documenting transactions, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-3 years of warehouse or material handling experience.
• Forklift certification required/obtainable.
• Experience with SAP material management transactions.
• Familiarity with FIFO inventory practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry in SAP or similar systems.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and document inbound raw materials.
• Move materials via FIFO and complete system transactions.
• Rotate and pick materials; maintain accurate inventory records.
• Inspect, verify, and load outbound shipments.
• Register finished pallets in SAP/MES.
• Adhere to GMP, safety, and quality standards.
