Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Material Handler to support production by unloading and moving materials with a forklift, following FIFO and recording locations in the SAP MRP system. You will verify paperwork, assist QA, and ensure accurate labeling for finished goods.

Responsibilities include staging, shipping, and participating in monthly inventory counts, while maintaining safety and efficient material flow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift (stand-up preferred).
• Basic knowledge of truck capacities, warehouse flow and FIFO.
• Proficient math and computer skills.
• Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions.
• Comfortable handling hazardous materials.
• Strong self-motivation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload materials using forklift and FIFO, move items to correct locations.
• Verify materials against paperwork and enter into SAP MRP.
• Confirm QA certification for material acceptance and document accordingly.
• Provide delivery documentation to relevant departments.
• Transport substrates to stock machines and return rolls and unused materials to storage.
• Move finished goods to the labeling area and complete labeling tasks.
• Record locations on slitter tickets and track material locations.
• Perform staging and shipping tasks, pull orders, load trucks.
• Assist with monthly raw material inventory counts.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
