Job summary

Flowserve is looking for a dedicated Material Handler in our Pasadena, TX facility to move materials safely and efficiently while supporting receiving, storing, packaging, and shipping activities. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a busy environment.

You will use an ERP system, operate forklifts, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and more with assistance. A high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills including data entry in business systems.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials, and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments and verify materials against bills of lading, packing lists, and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with Purchasing and other teams to resolve issues.
• Record received materials accurately in the ERP system within required timelines.
• Store incoming materials in assigned locations and pull parts as needed to support production and customer orders.
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy and package materials to help prevent damage during transit.
• Prepare, file, and archive shipping, receiving, and related documentation.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely to move goods throughout the facility, as assigned.
