Job summary

Flowserve US Inc is seeking a motivated Material Handler to ensure the smooth flow of materials across the facility. You will support shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations to deliver products safely and on time for production and customer commitments.

In this fast-paced production environment, attention to detail, teamwork, and safety are essential. The role involves forklift operation and ERP-based inventory tasks, with overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Basic computer skills including data entry.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with PO and shipping docs.
• Verify packing slips, bills of lading, and shipment contents; resolve discrepancies with internal departments.
• Record material receipts and inventory transactions within the ERP system in a timely manner.
• Prepare outbound shipments and verify products arrive safely and accurately at destination.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records; support document retention and filing requirements.
• Follow established warehouse processes, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Support inventory management, material storage, stock replenishment, and cross-functional warehouse operations.
