This contract-to-hire role offers steady pay between $20 and $25 per hour with overtime, Saturday hours, and opportunities for internal certification renewal. Shifts include 1st and 2nd with precise schedules, and a focus on safety, inventory accuracy, and efficient

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Material Handling experience.
• Valid Forklift Certification.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping & receiving, and forklift operations.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to report to different company facilities when needed, including same-day assignments.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld scanners to track and record material movement.
• Pull materials from storage and stage for production.
• Return unused materials to inventory.
• Verify proper labeling and storage requirements.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Load/unload pallets, racks, and shelving.
• Move materials throughout warehouse and production areas.
• Accurately count and document inventory movements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Conduct daily area inspections and safety walkthroughs.
• Support production and warehouse operations as needed.
