Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions, shipping documents, packing slips, invoices, and inventory records.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, weigh, and verify shipments against orders and records.
• Pack, label, crate, and prepare products for shipment using approved methods.
• Unload deliveries, inspect for damage or shortages, and process receipts in inventory systems.
• Route materials to departments and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Determine shipping methods and ensure outbound shipments meet specs.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to move products.
• Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and support 5S and continuous improvement.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures to support on-time delivery.
