Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking a Material Handler to supply OP materials for daily production in a fast-paced outdoor plant environment. You will pull and stage materials, handle shortages and BOM changes, and work with coordinators to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

Expect to operate a forklift, follow safety policies, and participate in daily meetings. The role requires lifting and outdoor work in varying weather conditions and compliance with 5S and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED (not necessary).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• LCI Forklift License Required (Offered once hired).

Responsibilities

• Picks and scans all material to fulfill a day's production or runs hot parts for material shortages on the production line.
• Delivers completed part box or hot parts to a staging area or to the plant.
• Reports inventory issues to your Leader.
