Challenge Manufacturing in Northlake, TX is seeking a Material Handler to safely operate forklifts and move materials to support a fast-paced production line. The role requires attention to safety, accuracy in material handling, and adherence to staging and inventory procedures.

The job is a 1st shift (5:00 AM–3:30 PM, Mon–Fri) with occasional overtime to meet customer needs. Prior forklift experience and basic computer skills are preferred, and a strong work ethic is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Previous material handling and Hi-Lo driving experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Observes and complies with safety, environmental, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
• Participates in needs analysis and required training programs.
• Supports continuous improvement activities and audits as needed.
• Moves materials within the plant using forklift and lifting devices.
• Inventory materials and supplies to support production flow.
• Loads/unloads materials and recharges batteries as required.
