Job summary

Kapco, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler for 1st shift at our Osceola, WI facility to keep our shop moving efficiently. Responsibilities include handling in-plant materials, loading coils, and ensuring accurate inventory and paperwork to support production.

You will collaborate with production teams, perform forklift checks, and help deliver materials promptly while keeping a neat, organized workspace. Kapco offers comprehensive benefits and a secure future.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling in-plant materials and moving components for production.
• Ability to load coils and transport materials to/from presses and shipping areas.
• Must complete forklift certification program and maintain safe operation.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-plant materials and deliver raw materials, WIP, and packaging supplies as needed.
• Load coils and move materials to supports, presses, and shipping.
• Return identified materials to correct inventory locations and dispose of scrap.
• Perform pre-shift forklift checks and maintain records.
