Job summary

Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking a dependable Material Handler with CP Driver duties to support our high-volume distribution center. You will safely transport pallets and materials, operate PIT equipment, and ensure inventory accuracy with RF scanners and WMS.

The role requires a strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple departments to keep operations flowing smoothly. Weekend/overtime flexibility is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating CP/PIT equipment.
• Current PIT certification or ability to become certified.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Role Overview

Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Material Handler CP Driver to support our fast-paced distribution center operations. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting pallets, inventory, and materials throughout the warehouse while ensuring timely replenishment, inventory accuracy, and efficient workflow between departments.

The ideal candidate has experience operating powered industrial equipment in a high-volume warehouse environment, demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, and can maintain productivity while supporting operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Cherry Picker (CP), electric pallet jack, or other Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment in accordance with company safety standards.
• Transport pallets, inventory, and materials throughout the warehouse to support replenishment, receiving, shipping, and production needs.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately move and track inventory.
• Load, unload, stage, and replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Verify product quantities, locations, and pallet integrity to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and immediately report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, traffic patterns, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while supporting 5S initiatives.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Inventory Control, Receiving, Shipping, and other departments to support business needs.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, overtime, and holidays, based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience operating a Center Rider (CP), electric pallet jack, or similar PIT equipment required.
• Current PIT certification or the ability to become certified.
• Previous warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment for extended periods.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, moving equipment, and moderate to high noise levels.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety requirements.
