Job summary

Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate - Replenishment to join our fast-paced distribution center in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This role focuses on replenishing inventory to ensure products are available for order fulfillment while maintaining accuracy and safety.

You\'ll work with RF scanners, Android devices, and WMS to move inventory, organize locations, and meet daily productivity and quality targets in a high-volume environment that values teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution is a plus.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Replenish inventory locations to ensure products are available for order picking and fulfillment.
• Use RF scanners, Android devices, and warehouse management systems to accurately move and replenish inventory.
• Transport and stage inventory in designated storage locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Verify product quantities, locations, and item information before replenishment.
• Inspect replenishment equipment and report any damage or safety concerns to leadership.
• Label and organize inventory for accurate tracking and retrieval.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while supporting 5S initiatives.
• Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to support daily operational goals.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, based on business needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for replenishing inventory to ensure products are available for order fulfillment while maintaining inventory accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, moving equipment, and moderate to high noise levels.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all company safety requirements.
