Job summary

Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking a dependable Material Handler with CP Driver duties to support our high-volume distribution center. You will safely transport pallets and materials, operate PIT equipment, and ensure inventory accuracy with RF scanners and WMS.

The role requires a strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple departments to keep operations flowing smoothly. Weekend/overtime flexibility is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating CP/PIT equipment.
• Current PIT certification or ability to become certified.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CP, electric pallet jack, or other PIT equipment per safety standards.
• Transport pallets, inventory, and materials to support replenishment, receiving, shipping, and production needs.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to move and track inventory accurately.
• Load, unload, stage, and replenish inventory in designated locations.
• Verify quantities, locations, and pallet integrity to maintain accuracy.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and 5S guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
