Trace-A-Matic in Brookfield, Wisconsin is hiring a Material Handler (CDL) on 1st shift to move parts, manage documentation, and support machining, inspection, and shipping. Candidates must have forklift certification; a CDL is preferred or willingness to obtain one. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Current forklift certification required.
• CDL preferred or willingness to obtain CDL.
• Strong organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to ensure proper product location and documentation accuracy.
• Safety‑focused work style.

Responsibilities

• Move parts safely and efficiently to machines, shipping, inspection or storage with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and move tickets.
• Transfer data to required paperwork with accuracy.
• Pull hoppers from machines and empty them into the correct chip containers based on material grade.
• Maintain machines with proper fluid levels.
• Assist Maintenance with preventive maintenance activities.
• Assist with moving, disassembling and assembling machines as needed.
• Ensure fixtures and tooling are stocked and stored in the proper locations.
• Keep oil and coolant areas clean and organized.
• Return unused tooling to the tool crib.
• Remove used inserts from work benches and place them in the recycle bin.
• Clean floors and parking lot areas to reduce chips in main areas.
• Clean and wipe down machines that are not running.
• Remove garbage and unusable wood skids.
• Perform other duties as needed.
