Job summary

Certified PowerTrain seeks a Material Handler II to safely store, move, and manage materials across the warehouse and production environment in Wisconsin. You will ensure accurate receipt, transport, and delivery of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to support uninterrupted production and shipping.

The role requires forklift operation, attention to inventory accuracy, and collaboration with production, shipping, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years forklift operation experience.
• Experience with warehouse procedures and inventory practices.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills for inventory documentation.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred.
• Ability to coordinate shipments and material status with suppliers and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Transport materials between storage locations, work centers, and shipping areas.
• Pull, stage, and prepare materials for production and customer shipments.
• Verify material quantities and locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Record inventory transactions in company systems and documentation.
• Receive incoming materials and assist with unloading and storage.
• Maintain labeling and organization of inventory.
• Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and comply with safety procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers and outside processors regarding shipments and material status.
