Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Forklift certification is a plus; forklift operation experience preferred.
• Preferred: previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics material handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, move, and transport raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse and facility.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment; ensure safe, accurate inventory transactions.
• Provide backup shuttle driver support between Morganton Warehouse and Hildebran Facility; follow DOT rules.
• Support production schedules and customer demand with timely material delivery.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse; participate in process improvements.
