Job summary

Conagra Brands, located in Darien, Wisconsin, seeks a dedicated warehouse associate for the 10:00 PM–6:00 AM shift to support packaging, materials, and finished goods movement. You will operate forklifts, load/unload trucks, maintain inventory records, and help ensure a safe, efficient facility.

You must read and write English, perform basic math, and work well with others in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Training for case printers and safety procedures will be provided.

Qualifications

• Forklift operating experience or willingness to become forklift certified.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to workplace safety, food safety, and quality standards.
• Work effectively in a physically active environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Set up and operate case printers and verify printed information is accurate.
• Move packaging materials and fiber stock between storage areas and production departments.
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Train and support employees on case printer operations as needed.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.

Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $21.52 an hour + $1.50 shift differential

Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, you will support warehouse and distribution operations at the Darien, Wisconsin facility by ensuring materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods are moved safely and efficiently throughout the plant. You will play an important role in supporting production and shipping needs while contributing to a safe, organized, and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include:

• Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
