Job summary

Conagra Brands in Darien, Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support distribution operations on a 10:00 PM–6:00 AM shift.

You will operate forklifts, load and unload trucks, maintain accurate inventory, and help ensure packaging materials and finished goods move safely and efficiently in a fast-paced facility while upholding food safety and quality standards.

• Forklift operating experience or willingness to become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility.
• Deliver and return packaging supplies while maintaining accurate inventory documentation.
• Set up and operate case printers and verify printed information is accurate.
• Move packaging materials and fiber stock between storage areas and production departments.
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Train and support employees on case printer operations as needed.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.

Job description

Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $21.52 an hour + $1.50 shift differential

Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, you will support warehouse and distribution operations at the Darien, Wisconsin facility by ensuring materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods are moved safely and efficiently throughout the plant. You will play an important role in supporting production and shipping needs while contributing to a safe, organized, and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility.
• Deliver and return packaging supplies while maintaining accurate inventory documentation.

Physical Requirements

• Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
