Job Description:

• With limited supervision, lead less experienced associates, while performing all the same duties as the grade 6 Material Handlers.

• Plan and oversee the shipping, receiving, and handling of materials.

• Oversee storage of materials, follow instructions and issue materials, receive supplies and materials.

• Verify documents and train less experienced material handlers on an ongoing basis.

• Interact with Engineers, production control, and production departments daily.

• Drive truck for deliveries from Osram to Norton Warehouse and other facilities as needed. Receive incoming deliveries for both truck and container.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of material staging, placement, and pulling for shipments.
