Job summary

Caterpillar North Little Rock, AR is seeking a Materials Handler to join our 2nd shift team. You will move materials across receiving, warehouse, and fabrication areas using scan guns and powered equipment, ensuring accurate inventory and timely transactions.

Open to applicants with or without prior warehouse experience; we provide classroom and on-the-job training. The role offers Day ONE benefits, weekly pay, and a starting wage of $19.35/hour with a 7% shift differential, with overtime

Qualifications

• Previous work or volunteer experience (Warehouse experience is not required, we provide classroom and on the job training)
• Willingness and ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Willingness to walk for extended periods
• Willingness to adapt to various operations
• Willingness and ability to lift to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Be committed to working safely all day every day
• Work as a team to help ensure parts and components are available when needed to build our machines
• Utilize a variety of powered vehicles to unload material from trailers and move material to proper locations throughout the facility
• Own the work you do, actively seeking to learn and improve to ensure the highest level of adherence to safety and quality
