Job summary

Caterpillar North Little Rock, AR seeks a Material Handler for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3pm-11pm). Starting wage is $19.35/hour with a 7% shift differential and comprehensive Day ONE benefits.

Role involves moving material with scan guns across receiving, warehouse, and production areas, ensuring accurate inventory and timely transactions. You will work with powered equipment, unload trailers, and support safety and quality across operations while training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience not required; training provided.
• Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Experience with SAP and scan guns is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move material using powered equipment and scan guns to proper locations.
• Unload material from trailers and transport to receiving, warehouse and production areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely, safe transactions.
• Support continuous improvement and uphold high safety and quality standards.
