Job summary

Grimco, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Associate Level 1 – Material Handler for 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm). You will move, store, stage, and supply materials to support daily manufacturing, with potential tasks in grinding and tumbling as needed.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, loading/unloading materials, maintaining records, and ensuring safety. Grimco offers full medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus paid leave and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer and math skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Stage materials for production operations.
• Transport finished goods to warehouse or shipping areas.
• Maintain inventory movement records and production documentation.
• Support inventory control and cycle count activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support warehouse and manufacturing teams as needed.
• Assist with grinding and tumbling operations when required.
